Time&Space, Inc. is the owned and operated by Anissa Peoples, MS,CRC, LPC. She has her masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. After graduating from WVU she began working with as a therapist with many different populations. After noticing again and again that her clients were chronically disorganized and many suffered from Adult/Child ADD or ADHD, she began to make some changes in her therapy regime. Many of the problems seemed to stem from a general disorganized state in both their minds and in their physical spaces. Most of the adult clients needed more time, more energy, they were always tired, and they were never prepared for the sessions, often losing their homework, and the assigned reading. As Anissa began to work with her clients on setting up a general schedule and time line for what needs to be done, how long it will take, when it can be done, etc. there was a noticeable change in the clients behavior and attitude. More and more she found herself teaching and utilizing this “skill” in her sessions.
The outcome from this was Time&Space, Inc. Time&Space, Inc. focuses on quick solutions that result in a change of habits and a new skill for the clients “toolbox.”
Time&Space, Inc. is based out of Raleigh, NC but serves clients throughout the state and into Virginia.
